About Me

I’m a Chicago Native. I moved to Las Vegas in 2020.  I have been a flight attendant for 15 years and in 2023, after a hiatus from academia that began in 2005, I completed my undergraduate degree, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Summa Cum Laude distinction. When I’m not working as a busy academic, I enjoy being alone, watching my favorite sci-fi & fantasy media, crafting, hiking, yoga, and hanging out with my life partner.

Self-Published Author since 2017.  Experienced Flight Attendant since 2008.  Yoga Instructor since 2014.  Former roles include chairperson for a peer-to-peer counseling service, a newspaper editor in chief, a mentor, a flight attendant trainer and training program developer for a regional airline that provided essential skills in communication styles, and time management.
